Over a year ago, new water lines were installed along Brookdale to accommodate a new apartment complex on the west side of Kinser Pike. (Aspen Apts.) That construction dug up parts of the yards of the houses on Brookdale as well as part of the street itself. The street was never repaved and the areas that were covered up with dirt become muddy when it rains.
No parking zone blocked by weeds and foliage
Weeds are growing on Alice street. They need repaved but the least that can be done is them sprayed for weeds.
Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. Damage to our driveway due to cable installation with heavy trucks and digging in area. Can’t attach photo.
During the year, likely due to heavy construction equipment near my house the street to get to parking has become dilapidated. At this point whenever I pull into my driveway, the bottom of my car is hitting the ground and potentially being damaged.

Pothole at traffic light utility access on east side of the west bound lane on Winslow adjacent to stop line. Asphalt surrounding the concrete access point is missing
There's a hole in the road next to the sidewalk, just South of the intersection of Lincoln & Wilson Streets, on the West side of the street. It's been there since the crew was installing cable a couple of months ago. It's a hazard!
We continue to experience recurring flooding and standing water. There is a single small drain outlet on our side of the street. Rising water frequently threatens to enter our retail location, especially when cars pass and cause waves. More photos and video available upon request.
