Cheyenne Bowlen recently indicated the following request is not a city issue. Her assessment is incorrect. East Winslow Farm Drive IS a city street. The pothole in question has previously been repaired by the city. She may have assumed that the address I provided was on the "semi-circle drive" that extends off the main road. The pot-hole is located on the CITY street side. Please have someone do an on-site visit if you are unable to determine the location of the very seriously deep pot-hole. We would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. The following is a record of our correspondence. I initially wrote: "There is a significant pot hole at the end of the driveway at 521 E Winslow Farm Dr. The area in question is an "eyebrow" and several of us need to turn unto E Winslow Farm Drive from this semi-circle. The hole is rather large and deep and it has become a serious problem to avoid. The hole is located on the city street of E Winslow Frm Drive. Thank you for your attention to this matter." The response indicates it was "Assigned to Cheyenne Bowlen" with her response as follows: Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed. The south crosswalk at this intersection near The Chocolate Moose had a large gap from concrete separation or pothole-like damage. My 62-year-old mother fell hard because her foot hit it. It is an unsafe surface for a crosswalk and can hurt people. Could especially be a problem if someone is quickly crossing without the walk signal on and trips in front of oncoming traffic. Please fix it.

A lot of potholes. Please get owner of this street to repair the surface or have the city annex it. *It is a major entrance to Aldis, Goodwill, Starbucks, Best Buy and CVS!

This entire alley has large potholes throughout that need patched. Pictured is the largest. There are more on the south Madison side.

The top of the roadway is missing right where the double white lines should be at the right side of the road heading south. If this got any wider it would cause a hazard on Sare road and possibly result in a head on collision given there is nowhere to maneuver at that spot.
