Deep pothole on Burberry Lane near Winslow Road intersection

The house west of 402 S. Highland has a drainage pipe out to the alleyway (alley south of Atwater, between highland and Ballantine). Due to the heavy rains and this pipe, there is a huge gully in the alleyway that makes it nearly impossible and quite treacherous to get to our parking spot off the alley. The gully is deepening (is deeper than this photo attached, which was taken earlier this summer) and alley is becoming impassable. Our renters depend on the parking spot and need to be able to access it.

Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. Laurelwood Drive and Laurelwood Circle have not been attended to. They need a complete repaving. Potholes have not been fixed and continue to get worse. I complained about this condition several months ago. Some of the worst potholes were filled but that didn't last long. It's not just potholes; the pavement is in bad shape.
