In the island area across the street from 2133 Melville Cir, there are pine trees that may need to be pruned or removed. Currently, the landscapers are unable to access the area beneath the trees to clean up debris effectively, and the significant amount of debris dropped by the trees is clogging nearby street and ground drains. It is suspected that this clogging is causing issues with flooding in the area. Additionally, there is a street drain on the southwest side of the island/Melville Circle that may be causing issues, including a sinkhole in the island lawn adjacent to the street drain. Can we receive confirmation of whether some or all of the repairs in these locations (within the island and on the street of Melville Circle) is under the jurisdiction of the City or of the Renwick Neighborhood Association? If it is under the jurisdiction of the City, this report is to notify that these issues should be reviewed and rectified to avoid flooding. Smith Road south of Moores Pike is littered with large potholes right now. I frequently take this road to the grocery store and it has gotten so bad that we have to slow down and try to go around some of these potholes.

The stretch of Grant Street between Kirkwood and 8th has multiple places that have been patched multiple times over the last few years, making it really bumpy and uneven. It is especially bad close to where the Poplars used to be. If you have a list of streets you are planning on resurfacing, please include those three blocks. There is not one single place such as a huge pothole that needs a big repair - it's just an area that in general is more like cobblestone than paving. Bumpy for bicycles, and maybe also for cars.

There are several potholes at this intersection. They have been filled a few times, but continue to get worse. Can we possibly arrange to blacktop this entire intersection to avoid constant refilling of potholes? If not, can we at least fill the potholes? Thank you!
