Other: In the island area across the street from 2133 Melville Cir, there are pine trees that may need to be pruned or removed. Currently, the landscapers are unable to access the area beneath the trees to clean up debris effectively, and the significant amount of debris dropped by the trees is clogging nearby street and ground drains. It is suspected that this clogging is causing issues with flooding in the area. Additionally, there is a street drain on the southwest side of the island/Melville Circle that may be causing issues, including a sinkhole in the island lawn adjacent to the street drain. Can we receive confirmation of whether some or all of the repairs in these locations (within the island and on the street of Melville Circle) is under the jurisdiction of the City or of the Renwick Neighborhood Association? If it is under the jurisdiction of the City, this report is to notify that these issues should be reviewed and rectified to avoid flooding. Ms. Ukinski, I've created a Work Order (WO)# 32462 for Utilities to look at the storm drains. Some of the drains and pipes belong to the Utilities and some belong to the HOA/Property Owner. I can provide a detailed map if you email me at hallj@bloomington.in.gov of who owns what for the storm system. As far as he property under the pine trees, I'm going to send this to Parks Department and they can tell you if they are City owned of HOA owned.
