I see two potholes, each measuring approximately 12 to 20 inches in diameter. The first one is located at the intersection of E Hillside Drive on S High Street, and the second one is located on E Hillside Drive, approximately 15-50 yards east of the noted intersection where the first one exists. Sinkhole next to curb. Broke as I stepped off the curb and my leg was swallowed. Rolled my ankle, scraped my leg. Please see to it that the hole is filled asap, it's a saftey hazard.

The alley way running between 219 E 7th Street Pavilion Heights & the neighboring property, The Manor, has developed a large pot hole coming out onto 7th Street and deterioration is occurring as well. Starting to cause potential safety and damage issue for motorists of both properties.

As you approach the stoplight at 3rd Street and Indiana - heading west - there are 2 manhole covers in the right lane before you get to the light. If you hit it, it feels like you've hit a big pothole as the asphalt around the cover is significantly lower creating a pretty big drop off. Every morning, I myself and everyone in front of me is doing their best to avoid it - either by swerving into the bike line or the left lane.
