The curb is crumbling and the metal portion of the drain is no longer properly attached to the curb. The drain is also nearly completely blocked.

A large and growing area of crumbling asphalt on the northwest corner of E. Maxwell Lane and Manor Dr. could use some repair. The road surface at this intersection is generally in need of repair. Storm water flow seems to be the primary culprit as storm water flows downhill south on Nanor Dr.
Street drain is clogged and previously caused flooding in businesses. Please clear the drain.
Maybe a complex problem, but there is often standing water (rain or shine, but especially when it's been raining) on the sidewalk and the street in the block just east of Walnut on the south side of 12th Street. .
While this area is under construction, I wonder if you could fix the drainage on northwest corner of the intersection of 6th and Adams. The storm drain sits slightly above the pavement on one corner. The intersection itself may also be below grade. The intersection collects an inch or two of water when it rains.
Washout/sinkhole beneath road surface next to storm drain.
The asphalt on South Clark was recently repaired (I assume because of a recent water main break), and the new asphalt has sunk in somewhat. It's not clear that it's safe. This is on the street at the end of a driveway between 126 and 128 South Clark Street.
Someone spilled a big load of mulch in the road here
I drive by this spot each day, and I am amazed that there is always running water there. I happen to be walking by this evening at the end of a hot day at the end of two very dry weeks, and it’s still wet there. It does not appear to be running water coming from a house over the hill. Something is up with the street or under the street.
