My water bill isn’t regulated and the water bill fluctuates and without information about why my bills are higher I am only a household of one person - and my power goes on and off and it’s off sometimes for longer than 8 hours. I also found out they have empty trailers and they are having us residence cover the bills for those empty trailers and that isn’t right.

My usage this month is 5,000 gallons, but in previous months it was usually only around 2,000 gallons. I’m not sure why it jumped so much. Is there any reason for the sudden increase? Was there a rate change or something wrong with the meter?

Got our bill back for jan-feb and our utilities is reporting we are using 250+ gallons of water an hour. Concerned we are being billed for our entire building or their is a pipe like causing this issue. Need this fixed now as our bill is already $700+ for this month

Our water consumption has spiked in the last two months and continues even with the good weather. Before the spike, we averaged under 100 gallons per day. Now we are averaging 175-200 gallons per day. I have checked toilets for leaks, under sinks, the outside faucet, etc. We have not changed our water usage practices. I can only wonder if the meter is miss reporting our actual usage. Can City Utilities check to make sure the meter is reading properly? Our address is 3916 N Whitewood Way, Bloomington, IN 47404

Re 1536 so Andrew Cir. 47401. #46187-002. We live at 1548 so Andrew Cir and own the adjoining lot which has a sprinkler system but no structures. It is undeveloped. Over the past three months we have been billed for a medium cart at $16.48 per month. We never ordered this cart and have been getting bounced from utilities to sanitation trying to resolve the issue. The city owes us $49.44 and we want this error removed from any future billing. TRG Management owns the trailer park that I live in. I have had no pipes bust or leak at all even during the cold weather. My pipes are also insulated with heat tape. I have never once paid for my water being over $60 last month it was $50 and the property manager Jenny Bowles will not show me any proof or graphs of usage of water only attaches what the meter read. I used the same amount of water as I did last month my kitchen sink is currently getting remodeled. So I haven’t used that either. I just don’t think something is right about this and I would like it to be resolved.

Auto pay failure. I am signed up for Auto Pay. Every time I log in to my account, it says I am signed up for Auto Pay. But the city keeps failing to collect that Auto Pay payment and charging me late fees for bill that are approved to Auto Pay. If someone can address this matter, I would appreciate it.
