I have a charge on my checking account for $104 from Bloomington Sanitation department. I am not located in Bloomington, and believe this charge (or charges) to be in error.

I have been charged for 2 large pickup items and I have only lived here for 2 months and I haven’t had any large items put out with trash other than a box that didn’t fit in recycling bin.
Water bill overpriced
Hi I apologize if this is not the correct place for this request, but I have been trying to pay my bill online and it keeps locking me out of the account. I have tried resetting my password and that isn't working either. Thank you.
Extremely high bill for water not used, no one is contacting me back about it
The meter associated with Acct# 32673-004 had an underground leak. None of the water entered a drain or went through the pipes after leaking. We are requesting a credit of $11,536.55 for the wastewater portion of the attached bill. Thank you!
I received an email claiming to be from the City Utilities asking for personal information to update the customer database. Is this real or a scam? Why can't you take the information you already have on record and transfer it to a new database? Also, if it's real, I highly suggest you put something about this on the current billing website for people to see. This just looks very illegitimate. The sender is from some everbridge.net address that I don't recognize. Screenshot attached. Thanks.
Re: 4784 S Abington Ave Acct: 89652-002 Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Please contact me with the best solution. I am looking farward to hearing from you. Thank you, best.
Water bill for 10/1 is $128 and charging for use of 5,000 gallons of water. We feel that this is much too high and that we do not use 5,000 gallons. Looking to determine if there’s a possible leak or billing mistake.
I was a few days late making my April payment. My account still does not reflect the payment I made on 5/5.
