Water Utility Billing Problems:

Other: I received an email claiming to be from the City Utilities asking for personal information to update the customer database. Is this real or a scam? Why can't you take the information you already have on record and transfer it to a new database? Also, if it's real, I highly suggest you put something about this on the current billing website for people to see. This just looks very illegitimate. The sender is from some everbridge.net address that I don't recognize. Screenshot attached. Thanks.
