Trash not put out. Trash stacked up, animals are getting into it, it's an eye-sore. Ms. Hart called owner (Johnie Edwards) & nothing has been done. Thinks tenant is Regina Stogdill & Ms. Hart has not spoken with her this time but has in past.

Said CIty is not cutting grass along Sare Rd. between David Dr. & Cranbrook (?) Condos. Said grass & weeds grown up around concrete wall & fence.
