The neighbors foliage behind the condemned building at the end of his driveway, is growing over my fence, in the surrounding trees, on my shed roof, wrapped around my downspouts and o his own garage roof, through my fence. Excessive vine growth from the yard is hanging into Highland Ave and needs to be trimmed. There is no way to drive in the Northbound lane of Highland Ave without getting hit by the vines.
