There is a fence down on the Atwater side of this home. It's a mess in a highly traveled area. Thought I'd send it your way for your staff to address. "There is a house in my neighborhood that possibly has been abandoned. This past Friday a tree fell in their front yard and into the street and it wasn't until another resident contacted the city that the part that was in the street was removed. The yard is an overgrown mess in my opinion but don't know at what point it's considered a code violation. When the tree went down no one came to the door, hence our belief that the house may be unoccupied. The address is 3005 E. Daniel St., 47401. Thanks for your time!"
Received complaint of couch on roof. Also tall grass.
