There is a rosebush at the intersection of South Maxwell Ln. and Hillside, blocking the view of traffic.
The vacant lot at the intersection of Morton and West 11th Street is so high, it is blocking the view of traffic.
The grass behind Service Merchandise is too high and is blocking the view of traffic.
On the South East corner of Grant & Grimes Ln, the neighbor's bushes are blocking the view of traffic. They cannot see to get out of their driveway.
At the intersection of 2nd & Highland, there is a stop sign being blocked by a bush. People are going through the stop sign.
STANCOMBE STATES THAT IF YOU ARE COMING OFF OF THE STREET THAT GOES BA CK INTO LONGVIEW TRAILER COURT AND TURNING TO GO WEST ON 3RD STREET THERE ARE BUSHES NEAR THE RAILROAD TRACKS THAT BLOCK THE VIEW. SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE KILLED IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE.
BUSHES OVERGROWN CAUSING A PROBLEM TRYING TO PULL OUT ONTO GRIMES LANE. THE GENTLEMAN ORIGINALLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH "HAND" ABOUT THE BUSHES AND HIGH GRASS. THE OWNERS MOWED THE GRASS BUT THE BUSHES HAVE OVERGROWN ONTO THE SIDEWALK AND THE GENTLEMAN CANNOT GET HIS WHEELCHAIR AROUND THEM.
THE BUSHES AT THE BACK OF THE THE PROPERTY ARE OVERGROWN NEAR THE ROADWAY. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE HOUSE BEHIND THE ABOVE ADDRESS TO PULL OUT ONTO THE STREET. MANY TIMES THEY HAVE TO GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES TO DIRECT TRAFFIC. (NOTE: THIS WAS CALLED IN TO "HAND" AND REFERRED TO ENG.)
THERE IS A FLOWER GARDEN ON THE SW CORNER OF ANITA AND 1ST STREET. HE FEELS THAT THIS FLOWER GARDEN IS IN THE CITY'S RIGHT-OF-WAY AS WELL AS CAUSING A SIGHT DISTANCE PROBLEM. IF YOU ARE GOING NORTH ONTO ANITA TURNING ONTO FIRST STREET YOU HAVE TO PULL OUT IN THE INTERSECTION TO SEE IF ANYTHING IS COMING. HE HAS ALMOST BEEN HIT A COUPLE OF TIMES. A FEW OF THE NEIGHBORS ARE CONCERNED WITH THIS PROBLEM.
