Caller is complaining of a tree growing up a telephone pole as well as tall grass. She claims that there is guttering in the alley. She stated that it was not well cared for.

On the south east corner of N. Dunn and Old State Road 37 there are weeds that are growing up and it prevents anyone at that intersection from clearly seeing oncoming traffic coming from the right side.
At the intersection of W. 7th & N. Adams vegitation has grown up and is now causing a line of sight problem.
There is construction going on in the Westpointe Subdivisoin between Larkspur and Woodhill. The construction trucks are triple parking and making it almost impossible to safely pull out of the addition. You can not see around the trucks to see oncoming traffic.
This complaint was left on voice mail by Becci Brock, Risk Management Dept. She received a phone call from a citizen that stated there is a line of sight problem in the east/west alley between 15th/16th Streets as you come out onto Dunn Street. The alley is overgrown with bushes and shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. She did not state which corner had the problem.
Overgrown hedges at the corner of Atwater & Hawthorne. Lady caller said that she was almost in an accident because of the line of sight problem.
The problem is behind this house in the alley. Line of sight the trees really need trimmed here complaintant states.

Complaintant states that the problem is at an interection and he didn't know the exacy address. It is at the intersection of E. 5th St. and N. Clark St. there are trees blocking the N. view for buses that drive this area. They can not see oncoming traffic because of these trees.
There are tree limbs and bushes overhanging the sidewalk causing a "tunnel" effect. The trees and bushes are also blocking a warning sign for the Fire Station plus a traffic regulatory sign.
