This (see photo) is the line of sight when attempting to turn from Orris Drive onto W. 11th Street. You have to put the entire from end of your car out in the road to see around this overgrowth to see if 11th is clear to turn out. It is obviously dangerous for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians.

People attempting to turn left on to S Smith Road from E St Remy Dr have an obstructed view due to the tree branches. Requesting City of Bloomington trim back the branches to aid in improving this obstruction.
