The tenants in the new rentals at 1204 N. College and surrounding, are parking in the alley and in the grass. There is also trash everywhere, hay blowing everywhere, etc. Thank you for addressing this continuing issue that was not an issue until these units became rented.

These construction people are blocking this entire street causing people to reroute through my driveway
Just east of the intersection cars r blocking thru traffic. The corner and roads have been closed due to building construction but the road looks passable. This intersection has been horrible in general.Because people park on the street, on all sides and it's difficult to move through even before the construction started. No, parking signs need to go up and need to be enforced if this is going to be an open street.

Blocking traffic with nobody directing traffic
Heating cooling or plumbing truck blocking road completely with no one directing traffic. Or anybody at all attempting to divert traffic
The mid-block alley between 10th & cottage grove has had a car parked in it for 48 hours. It never leaves. Everyone in the block uses this alley to egress over 50 apartments if going south. It is a very well-used alley. This person has turned it into their personal parking spot.
