Terrible smell in bathroom and along entire street. Multiple other residents making the same complaint. My mother has owned this house for 40 years and says the city needs to flush the line in order to control the smell!
There is a very strong sewer smell down W Gourley pike. The smell has been a common nuisance for several years and has only become worse. The smell is now traveling into the house and at times is so strong it actually makes it hard to breathe. It is not only my residence but several other neighbors are having the exact same issue. I know that this has been reported before over the course of several years but something needs to be done. Not only is it bad for our health (can cause headaches, nausea, breathing difficulties, severe cases can cause seizures, as well as the trapped gasses can become an asphyxiant or become a fire hazard.It can also lead to back ups that end up damaging our own residential plumbing pipes. It would be greatly appreciated if the city could come flush the sewer lines over here. Thank you
neighbor reports there is sewage leaking from this demolition site. "There is an active stream coming from the sanitary sewer adjacent to 203 E. 10th, NE corner of Washington and 10th"
I am writing on behalf of the tenant, Kamala to request that the City check if there is a sewer clog or other issue causing her washing machine, toilet and bathtub to drain slow and cause water to overflow onto her carpet and flooring. Since she reported problems I (landlord) have hired a contractor who augered the exterior cleanout and snaked from the interior drain. Both were clear until reaching to approx the middle of the road in front of the house. Her neighbor across the street (last house on left before train tracks) is also having problems with water back-ups.

Sewerage smell on the west side of the road on Kerry Drive. There is a Fiber Optic lid (green) that is popped and seems to mark the general area of the smell. I have noticed the smell for one week. The location is on the north edge and boundary line of 623 N Kerry Drive property. I hope this info helps. Gillian
Crews working on gas line notified me this morning that M Street Fiber has run their line through my sewer and broken it and it is leaking. I was told by the Utilities department to contact Kyle Baugh to arrange repair but I have been unable to reach him or the main office by phone this morning. Per your voicemail instruction I am leaving this email and asking someone to contact me at your earliest convenience. The crews do not plan to fill the excavation back in until repair is made. There is a utility easement between 2736 N Blue Ridge Road and 2730 N Blue Ridge Court - we recently noticed standing, nasty smelling, water running from easement area in side yard of 2736 into yard and driveway of 2730. Please check to see where smelly water is coming from.
There is raw sewage sipping through the retaining wall. The clean out lid blew open. The smell is unbearable.
