My name is Jonathon Eacret and i live at 103 e southern Dr. 47401, ive been noticing that the vacant house next door to me at 113 e southern drive has water pouring from the meter into the street. This has been going on for a few weeks now and is an issue for me and my family when it freezes.

The riser is damaged on our water meter pit at 1000 S. Madison. We called you guys about it several months ago (3 or 4). We were told it would be addressed asap and a CBU safety leg frame was put up over it (see attached photo). However, nothing has been done since and this is a bit of an eye sore. Will you please schedule someone to either come repair this or to just come retrieve your leg frame, as I am not happy with how it looks in my yard. Water coming up slowly from roadway. The road has been wet for a few days now just north of the railroad tracks crossing Curry Pike. Best I can tell when driving through it appears the water is coming from an area of the road under the yellow striped paint. I don’t see any large obvious manholes there but maybe one of those small ones is there? I just thought someone official should go investigate why the road has been consistently wet in that area.

For the last week, there has been water seeping up out of an underground location under a metal plate in the street that says "WATER" on it. This began after the fire hydrant was replaced last week at 6th and Elm. Surely CBU doesn't want to be wasting water like this; however, I called them directly a week ago to report this, and nothing has been done.

I believe there is a water leak somewhere near me. My water usage has apparently tripled since last month, while i have been conserving water due to not having enough income to pay the usual bill.

My address is 1005 s Washington. For the last several months when my neighbor has his water on my water main hums (vibrates) until he turns it off. This is the only time it occurs, when he in running water. It doesn’t happen when I run water. It vibrates the floor in my bathroom and is extremely annoying. Yesterday, I went outside and opened the cover on his meter and the meter, inlet, and outlet were all vibrating. I asked him about it and he said it’s extremely loud in his house and at the front of the house is sound like a well pump is running. Could you check out his meter and make sure the water is on all the way or if his meter is bad?

There seems to be a water leak between the sidewalk and the street curbing. Water is bubbling up through the ground around the small manhole cover-like object in the grass.
