Neighbors dog keeps coming in my yard and pooping. I have told the neighbor and his landlord not to let the dog roam free, but they don't listen. My son is allergic to dogs. I don't want to pick up dog poop from someone else's dog. I don't want it in my yard. The dog needs to stay leashed.
Excessive trash.
I was walking the trail with my kids and a large scary homeless man started hurling insults and curse words at me or someone close to me. I’ve seen him do this multiple times and he is making impossible and even dangerous for people to visit Cascades.
There is a partially down tree limb blocking the sidewalk on the north side of West Allen St just a little east of the intersection with South Adams.
Someone is living in a motor home on the city street. And, there is a junk car with busted windows and flat tires parked on the street. Both of these vehicles have been here for several days.

Catalent has some sort of loud alarm beeping constantly
One way/no left turn markings going West are not adequate. Have seen several people make a left turn onto the one way street.
