Other: Neighbors dog keeps coming in my yard and pooping. I have told the neighbor and his landlord not to let the dog roam free, but they don't listen. My son is allergic to dogs. I don't want to pick up dog poop from someone else's dog. I don't want it in my yard. The dog needs to stay leashed.
