Two things: One) There is an encampment at 415 S Walnut (in front of iMechanic) that is growing and basically taking over the sidewalk at this point. Please remove them before this gets out of hand. Two) Can we please just add a dedicated category for reporting homeless and encampments on uReport. It is arguably the largest issue facing the city yet there is not a specific category to address it. Let's be honest and direct about the problem so we can actually address it.

I live on S. Heritage Rd, Bloomington. My neighbor at 200 prefer to park his vehicles on the street which creates a blind angle for me to see the car turn in from 3rd street. I am not sure if people turn in from 3rd can see me back up clearly. For several times, once I back into the middle of the road, there’s a car right behind me. It’s unimaginable. What is happening? I wonder anything can be done to solve this dangerous situation?

Homeless harassing park patrons. They are also stealing power from an outlet on the pole in the north east corner of park. They have piled up trash in that corner of the park as well.

The issue is with this website/reporting system itself, not the courthouse. There needs to be a nonverbal method of reporting certain things - not the least of which being noise complaints. I lost my voice to cancer years ago, but I did not lose my hearing. I have a particularly loud set of neighbors, and I have been unable to do anything about them because I cannot call to make a complaint. I have seen other noise complaints on this website, and while their circumstances may not be the same as mine, it's clear there is a need for a nonverbal reporting method for noise complaints (as well as other similar non-emergent type issues). Tree leaning and looks like it may fall onto paved trail of B-line, north end. On north side of trail. Approx 1/4 mile from N Adams Street. The tree trunk is near the 4th lamp post, heading south, from the lamp post that has a Bryan Pk commemoration banner.
