There is a bus stop sign at the corner of the Hardee's lot. This is next to Freddie's. There is a bush growing up around the sign that obstructs the view of traffic coming in off 3rd St. I thought it might be a right-of-way since the bush is growing up around the sign.
Wondering if you could tell me what the utility digging in the 2600 block of South Rogers is for. They are unmarked trucks and we received no notice of work in the area. Holes in several yards.
There was an accident on our corner (9th & Walnut) this weekend. I didn’t see it, but heard it and saw the immediate aftermath. Looking at the positions of the cars, I guessed that the car that was hit had been crossing Walnut via 9th and was t-boned. When I looked at the stop signs on 9th Street, I realized that there is no indication for the driver that this is NOT a 4-way stop. These big crosswalks could easily make people think that it’s a 4-way. These 9th Street stop signs need “cross traffic does not stop” signs added to them so that drivers new to Bloomington can be safer.
Neighbor keeps blocking multiple driveways with vehicles in front of houses.. multiple car delivers on trailers blocking drives. Has workers cars parking up and down the street taking already limited parking and space. Other neighbors have filed complaints and only been warned then goes back to doing it later. Neighbor is working on vehicles along the street making it very difficult to pass by. I have an actual picture of guy laying under a truck with his legs in the street. This person has been called on several times and just been warned from what I gather from other neighbors on the street. He’s had trucks delivered all hours of the night and day. Blocking drives and blocking mine while I was home. He’s spry painting vehicles and the over spray is like a cloud in air, our vehicles are parked outside so this is a big issue. He has people doing work for him and parking in front of our house when we needs spaces for our visitors and family members when needed. He’s blocked other driveways as well. The last few days trucks parked there have doors on the street side left open making it more difficult to pass with already limited access

On the north side of E Wylie Farm Rd between S Bayberry Dr and S Azalea Lane there is a wooden walkway within the 50' right-of-way that is very overgrown with Trees of Heaven and a lot of other plants. It is to the point where people are breaking off the tops of the trees in order to get through that part of the walkway. These are invasive plants and the City should do a better job at eliminating them or at least cutting them back. The Google streetview photo of that location dated July 2023 is attached along with current photos that show how the trees and other plants are taking over the walkway and that the tops of some of the trees have been broken off so that pedestrians can pass here. Please clear the area along this side of E Wylie Farm Rd as soon as possible. Thank you.

Overgrown sidewalk at SW corner of E Second Street and most of all on S High Street. This is a sidewalk kids use to go to school.
