homeless encampments are spreading throughout this area on 501 N Walnut St around peoples houses. Had filed a uReport with the number 192180 and nothing got resolved.
Huge homeless encampment growing by the week they’ve already burnt these woods down once are we waiting for round two
New BRU burger building has multiple downspouts that drain directly onto the Grant Street sidewalk. I don't believe this is allowed with new construction?
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. homeless people are reported sleeping on the property.
People who are unhoused are leaving their belongings / lots of trash in the alley of our office building. Customers/clients/pedestrians use this alley often.
There are a few grass-cutting services in town that use loud, industrial, gasoline-powered equipment that is designed and intended for use on large fields/cemeteries/etc., but they are instead being used on small, residential plots up close to neighboring properties whose residents do not appreciate the noise, hazards, and pollution produced by these dangerous machines. Are there any City regulations about the use of such equipment in the city limits? For example, the property immediately adjacent to the Grant Street Inn on 7th Street uses such a service. The large equipment is startingly disruptive and annoying.
adam See case #188221. Electric bicycle lying by the street. Which City Department is responsible for removal? How long can it stay there before it can be removed by anyone and sold for scrap?
They can’t stay within the lines. Fine then already.
