Mr. McCafferty called in to comment on four Bloomington Police Officers on bicycles that were near People's Park on E. Kirkwood Avenue. He said the officers were stopping people on skateboards and he said he saw no reason why there should be that many officers in one place. The 3rd or 4th house on E. Miller Drive from S. Henderson St. has weeds grown up to the windows on the house. Adults and kids sleeping in a dark blue multi-colored van. House looks upkept and nasty living conditions. Complainant is concerned about the children.
Mr. Riggins called to say he spotted an oversized white van w/City logo - woman driver (Kid City van) @ 1st and Lincoln driving West on 1st St. It was raining and the roads were slick. Driver rolled through stop sign or skidded, but didn't come close to a full stop.
