NB: Depending on where exactly you click on the map, the address that comes up is sometimes *incorrectly* listed as "414 E. Cottage Grove", but that is wrong. The *correct* address is 450 E. Cottage Grove. Hole is by the street closest to the SW corner of the lot.
Street has eroded on the side by the curb. If someone drives too close to that edge of the road, a tire could get caught in the trough.
Just like every summer since the current owner bought it, the front yard is going to seed and looks awful.
Sorry to report that the top of the Kentucky Coffee Tree in the ROW was snapped off in the storm. Still hanging up there. Can someone come by with a crane and free the top part so that it will drop? We can take care of it once it's on the ground. Please don't take the whole tree out.
