Caller states that a stop sign at the corner of Washington and Second @ 200 East 2nd is being obstructed by a really low tree branch. It is dangerously covered from driver's view.

In my last report, you concluded that the street I live on is residential parking only. Well then add a sign. Because college students (who do not have a parking permit for residential zone 9) are parking on this street from 8am-5pm, and are the main reason for such sorry parking conditions. There is no sign on my particular street, only on streets around it. If it really is a parking permit zone, ADD A SIGN! 80% of people parked here do not have residential zone 9 permits. Yes, I already have one.

There’s a street light on a utility pole that is above the north east corner of the basketball courts of the building and trades park that has had a pine tree grow up around it. The light appears to be broken/nonfunctioning. It would be nice to have a functioning light(s) on the court.

The fiber optics crew drilling lines damaged (crushed/cracked/dislodged) almost 40 feet of sideway from the corner of Second Street and Park Avenue. Who pays for this destruction?
