Blocked sidewalk with a heavy amount of snow still. Needs to be cleared per Bloomington city code

This sidewalk along this fenced lot is still dangerously icy. It’s been like this for more than 2 weeks. Address this with the land owner.

It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since the last snow fell. And yet I’m still having to slip and slide over the icy sidewalk in front of this rental house and driveway. Why hasn’t this landlord cleared this safety issue in the many warm days? Please address this. Their shrubs come out into the sidewalk which make it challenging to navigate along the west side of sidewalk. Can this be addressed?

There is still a pile of trash in the yard. Is been there since before IU released for Christmas. Trash day was yesterday. I watched a huge buck foraging in the pile.
