The city only picked up half of the trash from our bin this morning. I tried to call the sanitation department and selected the option for customer service, the line goes dead after that. This car has been sitting abandoned for more than 2 years (at least since I've lived in this apartment). A neighbor informed me that it belonged to a past resident who hasn't lived on this street for over 2 years.

Unit 4 renter has been illegally feeding deer and rodents with unshelled peanuts, corn kernels, and bird seed placed on the ground of her porch with water bowls. A hole or rat burrow has now appeared underneath the area where she feeds the animals. Her landlord is Lesa Miller.
