There are two parks at Bryan Park. I’m specifically talking about the one that is designated for younger kids. Today, my son and I were playing with other kids his age (2.5) when a large group of kids (average age: 8) showed up with two caregivers. The older kids were pushing and shoving on the play structure, creating a danger for younger kids. My question is: is there an age limit imposed for use of that particular playground? My understanding is that it is for kids 5 and under. What can I do to help impose this? It’s definitely a safety issue for smaller children when the older children begin climbing up the slides (yes, inside, and on the outside) and crowding and pushing on the platforms.

Once again after the crew had been advised not to collect trash on Kinser Pike between 7:30 and 8:00 am, they did it again this morning. There is no way to pass and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 46 and Kinser when collection is taking place at this time. There is no other route out of our four additions except for Kinser.

Location: 6th and Morton Streets, Bloomington IN Incident: Approximately 10:00 a.m. on 3/26/2019, a Miller Transportation bus (no passengers) struck a bike rack, completely dislodging the mounting system. It is loose, unsecured. The device and the concrete are a safety hazard. Repairs need to be affected to return the rack in its proper position in pristine condition. Pothole that a neighbor says has been there for 6 years!

This is a follow-up to case # 167833. So the storm drain was uncovered, which is good, however, all the debris that was covering it was thrown in our yard--very much NOT appreciated!!! Now, we have to clean that up. Plus, the 4 or so inches of silt/sand/soil in front of the grate is keeping the rain water from reaching the storm sewer as seen in my photo. We received rain today, and it just collected on the road.

There is a home at 1208 S Fess Ave, where 3 dogs are kept. They bark all hours of the day and night, and frequently are heard fighting with each other. They are a general nuissance and keep all the neighbors up at night.
