Web Form: Once again after the crew had been advised not to collect trash on Kinser Pike between 7:30 and 8:00 am, they did it again this morning. There is no way to pass and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 46 and Kinser when collection is taking place at this time. There is no other route out of our four additions except for Kinser.
