We had trees fall down onto our driveway during a storm. The trees themselves are not from our property and are from the city property right next to us. We moved them over as much as we could so that we could access our driveway, but the fallen trees are quite large and will need to be hauled away.

If the driver hits the legal parking vehicle is the driver’s responsibility. This is so ridiculous! The one parked his vehicle on the public street is the one created a dangerous condition for the drivers. The main purpose of a street is for people to travel. From one place to another. I don’t mean you need stop the parking on public street law, but make it more acceptable. I remember when my kids were in IU, we had 3 cars, when their friends came visit, everyone parked on the grass area to leave more room for other drivers to pass. Things changed within the legal parking on the public street rule. I felt so sorry for my neighbor who bumped into officer’s vehicle. It must be a big shock for her. To tell the truth under such a hazardous situation, a person insist to hold his privileges of legal parking on the public street despite the harmful fact is intentionally create troubles for the other drivers. This road is being tore up by dump trucks that are going in and out of this area. This is so bad that there will be damage caused to our cars when trying to access this building from the side.
This is storm damage in our neighbor's front yard from 2 months ago. She reported it as soon as the storm damage cleanup portal opened. She is moving tomorrow so is unmotivated to follow through on getting this done. We have many rats in the neighborhood due to the big dig a couple years ago in our backyards and this presents the perfect cover and housing for rats. I would like the city to pick this storm damage up as my neighbor Chantal cagle requested. Thank you
