Other: This is storm damage in our neighbor's front yard from 2 months ago. She reported it as soon as the storm damage cleanup portal opened. She is moving tomorrow so is unmotivated to follow through on getting this done. We have many rats in the neighborhood due to the big dig a couple years ago in our backyards and this presents the perfect cover and housing for rats. I would like the city to pick this storm damage up as my neighbor Chantal cagle requested. Thank you
