Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out.
