Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC. She added that the opportunities at the center are wonder for the community and it is nice to have a place where all ages and all walks of life are free to come together.
Ms. Shapiro wrote to thank the Department for closing the Stull St. parking lot this winter. She indicated that when the lot is open, loud noise creates problems for her.
Mr. Bennett is unhappy that the landscaping, which followed the widening of Sare Road, is not properly maintained? Specifically, there is a section south of Hyde Park condos on the west side of Sare Rd. has NOT been touched in 2 yrs. SEE ATTACHED LETTER. (AK)
Catherine did not pay the "unregistered fee" for $105.00 at this time because she doesn't understand how it could be applicable to her, and has requested that someone explain it to her. She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Mr. Shields wrote a letter to Councilmember Banach asking the City to "rethink the location" of the "oversized maintenance building" in the Cascades Park/Golf Course area near Rosewood Drive.

Ms. Becker sent a letter requsting that she receive credit for 1/2 of her sewer bill for September. She purchased 18 trees and watered heavily so that they would survive.
Comment: Received thank you from Ms. Evans for allowing them to use Crestmont Park for the Blmtn Hosp Safety Fair. "It was a great place for the event."
Comment/suggestion re: People's Park. Saw article in the HT about improvements. Would like to add a suggestion that the wall be removed. It attracts people to sit on it and attracts walkers-by to converse w/those sitting on it and blocks pedestrian traffic on sidewalk. In addition, it is dingy and unattractive. She applauds the Dept for its initiative to improve the park.
