Trash looks like part of it has tags. Had sanitation look at situation. Mike reported back that all of it had trash stickers on it so he and Pops picked it up.

COMPLAINANT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HER DAUGHTER WHO LIVES AT 206 E 10TH (CORNER OF 10TH & WASHINGTON). THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF TRASH BAGS ON THE CURB THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. SOME HAVE TAGS AND SOME DON'T. MRS. LOVELESS WANTS TO KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP. SHE WAS VISITING HER DAUGHTER AND SAW A RAT.
