MC taxes shows Regents Development Corp. as owner (606 W. 17th St.). Permit system shows Stephens Construction (339-4253) and Michael Pollock (120 N. Walnut; 331-2809; Abodes) as owner. Parcel #: 014-29566. Permit #: 36818; issued 3/6/95. Legal: Kensington Park 2; Phase 1; Lot 82. Pedestrian easement affadavit agreement for south of property (NH). Met w/Kenny Blackwell. He agreed to clean up site, get rid of weeds and grade depression by Oct. 31, 1997. 10/27: Driveby. Lot graded and sodded. Talked to Mrs. Lett. She's pleased w/resolution.
