Phone Call: Mr. Williams lives next to apartment complex that's currently repairing retainer wall on west end of lot but not on east end which is closest to him. Problem is that railroad ties have fallen on east end and have been covered by growth. Mr. Williams has seen many cars go over the edge that have needed to be towed out. Also, he's concerned about children in the area and the hazard this poses to them. To eliminate this hazard he would like east retainer wall repaired and growth removed.
