Letter: Ltr. rec'd. from Mark Warner stated that bill at 1412 W. 11th was for $436.75. Mr. Warner feels that was an error and an adjustment should be made. Meter was checked by CBU, and no problem found. Mr. Warner feels that they have paid for bills and should be credited for the estimated bills received.

Action was referred to Margaret Dalle-Ave to be taken to proper subcommittee of USB. Contacted Mark Warner at his work #. Informed him that Mike Phillips just returned from vacation and got his letter this a.m. Told Mr. Warner that Mike would investigate the matter and get back with him. ** 3/22/01 - Margaret Dalle-Ave e-mailed Mr. Warner and stated his balance would be adjusted with the total due reduced to $120.98. Rec'd note and check from Mr. Warner on 3/26/01.
