Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Phone Call: Mr. Vanest called and stated that neighbor directly behind his property was building up his property line with dirt. This will cause drainage problems for Mr. Vanest. Mr. Vanest would like for someone to investigate.

This matter was referred to Jonathan Heald for investigation. Per Jonathan Heald, this is a matter for City Planning Dept. The Citizens Action Order was changed to indicate the Planning Dept. Planning investigated site and found no zoning compliance issues to act upon. No drainage easements were found and no permit is required in this case. Civil action is the only option currently available for Mr. Vanest to pursue under the present site conditions.
