Have spoken w/ complaintant, the brush pile is adjacent to the sidewalk halfway between 1st & Maxwell. Have left message on the door to have resident contact me. Spoken w/ Ann Johnson (property owner @ 1923 E Maxwell). She said that the brush pile was left by the city when they put the walkway through. She is going to be out of town until the first of August.
