Phone Call: Utility easement between Martin home and apartments very overgrown. Martin wants utility companies to mow/clean up area. He & neighbors cleaned area once. Matt Fields told him probably nothing could be done.

Spoke w/Mr. Martin & 2 other neighbors. Mud fence & high weeds along with brush from trimming for utilities are present. Spoke w/ assistant Mgr @ University Coomons and she is going to have the manager look at it and call me. 9/18/03 - property has been mowed. Still need to remove silt fence & brush.
