John inspected this building on 10/23/03 he found nothing wrong with the balconies or stairways. 04/05/2004 spoke to owner Scott, he just had Ciscoe Electric. re-do the entire security lighting system and will fax us a copy of the bill. He did have one tenant that was questionable and he was evicted at the end of March.
