closed: Submission Received #215136

Abandoned Vehicle:

Other: Two people knocked on our door Sat 10/17 asking to jump their car. We couldn't get it started. They came back Sun 10/18, we tried again, still didn't work. They have not returned since. No plate on the car. I'm not sure if it was always missing or if they may have taken it off. Located directly west of the driveway shared by 722 and 720 W Allen.
