Other: Trash collection for these businesses occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. today, October 19th, 2026. For nearly an hour there was beeping, machine sounds, and intermittent loud crashes of dumpster hitting the ground and trash Landing in the machine. It was impossible to sleep. This needs to be sorted out with trash collection and in compliance with any noise ordinances. In the meantime, I will definitely not stay in Bloomington next time I need to be in the city. I'm sure others feel the same way. I hope a change can be made for the sake of future guests of Spark By Hilton. Sincerely, Chris Wilson

Thank you for your message. This was likely a commercial trash service, as the City only provides residential trash pick up and our shifts don't start that early.
