Other: I am a maintenance tech with JDW Services, we are contracted to take care of the property at this location. There are 2 Bird/Lyft electric bicycles abandoned and they are blocking the sidewalk. These need to be picked up immediately. They are in front of the H&R Block office of the Kinser Crossing Plaza.
