Other: I live at Summit Pointe apartment complex and am concerned about a dog that I have seen locked out on an upper deck. I walk by this apartment at least 5 times a day. He has no shelter and exposed to the elements, like extreme heat, storms and now it’s going to be getting cold. This has been going on since about June. I am unsure if it has food or water but it is evident that the dog urinates and defecates on the porch. It appears to be a medium sized brown and black dog. He never barks he just lays there looking very sad. Whoever lives there is home quite often as I can see a tv on and they have a cat that I see in the window. They never bring the dog in or walk it. There is an outdoor grass turf hanging on the porch railing which I assume is sometimes used for him to use the bathroom on. I hope someone can look into this and help this poor dog. I believe the address is 1044 E Summit View pl. I am also going to alert the apartment complex on Monday morning. Thank you. A concerned pet owner.
