Other: We have had a couple flooding in the basement here coming from the shower drain. A plumber who looked at it suggested that there may be a buildup - or at least a tendency to build up - in the pipes at or around the transfer to the city pipes. Is there any way for this to determine whether or not the root cause of the flooding is a problem with the city pipes, or the home plumbing? Thank you for your time
