City Performance:
Other: The recent update to this uReport system is not helpful. The fields don’t upload well, you have to duplicate the address multiple times after failed submissions, and the images don’t submit. Every request type seems to also indicate “service request” when a service is not always requested. Hope this gets fixed as these are report submissions for action and now the change seems like we are submitting a formal request form for service.
