Other: He pulled off the highway 2 exits Before mile marker 128. This car stopped purposely in front if me on the highway. He swerved 2 times when i tried ti get in a different lane away from him. He then sped up with his phone trying to take my picture. He has a young girl in the passenger seat that looked too young to be up there and terrified of the whole situation and him. I attached the best picture of license plate i could get.
